Good day, I would like to share my experience and maximum satisfaction with the approach to the customer in this company, and the fact that this is a long-term experience is also evidenced by the fact that I have already bought my third car here, the first in 2008 ... I am not going to write about the quality of the cars, my satisfaction is clear. However, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the employees of this company, from the head of operations, Mr. Malovec, through the service technicians to the last employee ... in 17 years of cooperation, I am extremely satisfied with the professional approach of the employees, I have always been advised, I have always had a pleasant feeling of importance as a customer.
The last event forced me to share another positive experience .... at 5:00 in the morning on my way to work I got a flat tire, but I still managed to get to work and park ... I was stressed about what to do after a 12-hour hospital stay, since I had no chance of leaving during the day and dealing with the repair ... how to get home from work in the evening. With a little heartache, I called Mr. Malovec to see if he could help me, or advise me on how to resolve the situation ... and I was not disappointed this time either. Mr. Malovec immediately resolved the matter, Mr. Martin Košút arrived in the morning, dismantled the wheel in the parking lot, took it to the service station, repaired it, brought it back and reassembled it. My sincere thanks to all those involved who participated in this event, especially Mr. Malovec and Mr. Kosut. You have ... the whole company ... another point to my credit. I wish you many satisfied customers in the future, do your job as you have done before, do it right.
