Very disappointed with this service. I was travelling with my Citroën Jumper when my clutch failed. I went to this service. First of all they gave me a misleading price for repair. It was much more then I was told in the first place. Second they didn't repair it on time as was promised. And finally when I was back on the road few days after I have discovered that my gearbox is leaking transmision oil. I wrote to service several times. Never got a reply from them. It's very convenient to ignore some you know will never come back!!! I am very disappointed and do not recommend this people especially if you are not from Košice!

Hello, I ordered a part from Mr. JERGA today, when I went to get the part today, he talked to me like a rag. Unprofessional approach, I have never seen such an arrogant man. Congratulations Citroêna that you are still in business, because with such employees you will not get far. This was the last time I was with you and I will definitely not recommend you anymore.

Pán L. Varga nám poskytol skutočne vynikajúcu skúsenosť pri kúpe nášho nového Citroena C4. Od prvého kontaktu až po odovzdanie auta bol jeho prístup nadštandardne profesionálny a promptný. Jeho odborné poradenstvo a zrozumiteľné vysvetlenie všetkých aspektov kúpy auta nám veľmi pomohlo pri rozhodovaní a celý proces urobilo príjemnejším a efektívnejším. In the morning we called Mr. Adam Machnič's service and we were booked for 11:00. The first thing they did was perform diagnostics to determine the cause of the malfunction, after performing the diagnostics it was found that there was a fairly serious malfunction in the cable and it needed to be replaced. The technician who took over, Mr. Adam Machnič, immediately informed us about the severity of the malfunction, he was very nice and helpful, I am extremely satisfied with his approach. He has serviced us several times and was always willing. I have only had a good experience with him. I have visited this service several times, even though cars are getting old🤣
and I was still satisfied with the willingness of this young technician. Thank you Mr. Machnič. I think, but that the entire work team of mechanics deserves praise as well as the other employees, the unique thing is that they. There was no shortage of smiles on their faces😊 which is very rare these days ☺️.

My pulleys fell out 800km from home. The service put my vehicle back together almost instantly, they found parts all over Košice, and moved the already planned car services so I could continue my vacation with the kids! I highly recommend it! Perfect deal and price!
