Although I live in another city, where we also have a Renault and Dacia service, I really like going to Autona. I have to praise the friendly attitude of each employee and their willingness to help. The employees are always in a good mood and especially empathetic. It was great that they immediately found a fault that they did not find in another service. Moreover, since I had to leave the car with them and I had to go to the hospital urgently, they had no problem taking me to the new Renault5, which was a great experience for me.

I appreciate the very professional approach of the service advisor Mr. Petrák. When accepting the vehicle for regular service, he clearly communicated and explained everything, informed me about the amount of payment, when handing over the vehicle, he again explained what was changed on the car, went through the individual items on the invoice, showed the old parts that were replaced with new ones by the vehicle. Moreover, everything in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. When someone does their job with enthusiasm, it is positively transmitted to the customer. We definitely recommend this service, we are very satisfied.
