I would almost give five stars, but they forgot to plug in a sensor, which meant the car complained for two weeks while I was on holiday about something stupid. They later rectified it in two minutes.

I don't understand what some people are writing, I also had minor problems with my car under warranty, but you have to realize that the warranty doesn't cover everything. There are also consumables on the car, such as brakes, etc., and that's not covered by the warranty. But just come to the reception technician or call and he will very willingly explain to you what is and is not covered by the warranty. I also didn't pass the first MOT, but the technician pointed out the brake discs. Regarding warranty inspections: I have about 16 cars and I was not lucky enough to be immediately booked for a day and time that suited me. In Peugeot YES. The insurance event was resolved immediately. The staff is willing, they explain, you can wait for the car, get an excellent coffee, look at the cars, ask about the details, they solve leasing, transfers, car accessories promptly. When I didn't understand something about a new car, the sales manager was willing to help me on his day off over the weekend explained by phone. I am extremely satisfied, I also agreed to sell the older vehicle and buy a new one. Everything with a willingness that I rarely see nowadays. For me 100% professionals and very nice and helpful people. I like to return to the shop and I can only recommend it

Absolute unprofessionalism.
I have a new car under warranty and I needed to fix the radio. Or rather, upload new software.
I don't live in Poprad, but I was there for two weeks on vacation. In the service station, the guy behind the counter was talking on the phone for about 10 minutes and ignoring me. When I finally managed to explain to him what was going on, he fired me.
That I should have my car repaired where I bought it, that I won't have them service it anyway. [Service is paid, warranty repairs are not].
That means they wouldn't make money off of me, so they fired me.
I can have my new car under warranty repaired at any authorized service station in Europe for free!
