The Kubranska ulica TN operation seems a bit overpriced to me for replacing one wheel due to a puncture at 19e. Or?

The manager was nice and helpful, but the mechanics were irresponsible. They didn't tighten my wheels, which I found out after 2 days, after 300km, when my wheel was still banging. I thought I had a stone in the tread. I thought I could try the lug nuts and they turned them freely, with my fingers. The manager grabbed a torque wrench and every single bolt on every wheel was loose.
